Description of Coaching

Coaching is a partnership and mutual relationship between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal or professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those objectives.


The Coach agrees to keep all conversations and information with the Client private and confidential, as allowable by law. No personal information will be shared with anyone without the Client’s express permission. Exceptions may be made if there is an imminent threat of serious injury to oneself or someone else. 

Coach-Client Relationship

Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coach Federation “(ICF)” ( It is recommended that the Client review the ICF Code of Ethics and the applicable standards of behavior.

By entering this relationship, the Client and Coach acknowledge that the Client desires to make a behavioral change or some type of improvement in his or her life. Behavioral change often takes time to implement and sustain. The pace of change is uncertain and varies among individuals.

Coaching Session Procedures

The time of the coaching meetings and/or location will be determined by the Coach and Client. Coaching sessions may occur in person, by phone, or through video conference depending on the venue that works best for the Client and what coaching package is selected.

The Coach will initiate all scheduled calls and will call the Client at the number provided on the booking form for all scheduled meetings. The coach will provide a video conferencing invitation link and or passwords prior to the scheduled session.

The Coach and Client agree to begin and finish all appointments on time.

  • If the Client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the Coach will assume that the appointment is canceled, and the Client will be responsible for the full coaching fee.

  • If the Coach is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the Client may assume that the session is canceled, and the Client shall not be responsible for any payment for that session.

  • The Client agrees to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, without a change fee. Any changes or cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

The client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Coach of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled call/meeting. No reimbursement will be issued to the Client for no call/no-shows. The Coach will attempt in good faith to reschedule a meeting in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance. If the Coach must cancel a booked session, the Client reserves to right to request a refund or can opt to reschedule.

Services and Fees

The parties agree to engage in coaching sessions and services in person, via telephone, or virtual video conference meetings. The Coach will be available to the Client by email in between scheduled meetings as defined by the Coach.

  • The Client should allow 48 hours for a response from the Coach

  • If the Coach is out of the office or unavailable, emails will be answered upon return.

Services will not be rendered outside of booked appointments however the Coach may also be available for additional time to review documents, assessments, or assignments, read or write reports, or engage in other Client related services outside of coaching hours.

Fees for memberships are payable on the first of each month or prior to the coaching services being provided. Payments may be made by cash, check, credit card, or electronic funds transfer (EFT) at the time of booking.

The Coach is free to determine and adjust the price of products and services. Service fees are subject to change and will be specified on the services provided page and booking confirmation.

Termination & Refund Policy  

Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice. The Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship.

Clients should be fully invested in the coaching service before booking sessions or purchasing tickets to a workshop event. The Coach is committed to the Client once appointments are confirmed. By purchasing coaching packages or sessions the Client commits to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion.

The Coach understands that unexpected events can occur. In those instances, the refund policy is as follows:

  • Refunds will only be issued prior to provided services. The Coach must be fully compensated once coaching services are provided.

  • If the Coach needs to cancel a workshop or session, a full refund can be requested, or the Client can opt to reschedule or attend the next available workshop.

  • Once a session has been completed or a workshop attended no full refunds will be issued.

  • If the Client cancels a scheduled session less than 24 hours before the appointment without intent to reschedule, a $25 late cancellation fee will be collected, and the difference refunded.

  • The Client may request a full refund more than 48 hours prior to a virtual or in-person workshop event. If unable to attend, the Client may select another upcoming event, transfer the ticket(s) to another participant(s), or request a partial refund of 50% within 48 hours of the event.

Limited Liability

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Coach makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon, and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date. 

Resolution & Severability

If a dispute arises out of this Agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Client and Coach agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after the notice is given. If the dispute is not so resolved, and in the event of legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees and court costs from the other party. If at any time any provision or provisions of this Agreement become invalid or unenforceable for contradiction with relevant laws, the provision is invalid or unenforceable only within the scope of such relevant laws and shall not affect the legal effects of the remaining provisions.


This document reflects the entire agreement between the Coach and the Client and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. The Agreement may not be amended, altered, or supplemented except in writing signed by both the Coach and the Client.
